Irrfan Khan condemns the Dhaka attack in a heart-wrenching note
Actor Irrfan Khan had recently irked the Muslim clerics with his remark against Qurbani in the month of Ramzan. While he received a lot of flak for his comments, the actor stood by what he said. In one of his tweets later, he also thanked God saying that he didn't live in a country governed by religious contractors (thekedars) and that he wasn't scared by the clerics.
Today, Irrfan again took to the social media to express his condolences to the victims of the ISIS attack at a restaurant in Dhaka, Bangladesh. In a heart-wrenching note, the actor wrote that how one incident brings bad name to the entire Islam community. He also said that Islam is about peace, mercy and feeling the pain of others.
